After having 3 Sears technicians 3 others come to my house, Audrey was the only one who actually fixed the problem. We were without air conditioning for 8 weeks. She was polite despite the fact that we were very upset. The previous technician who knew what the problem was q apparently quit and she had to start from the beginning. Audrey was great, but I am still upset that Sears did not keep records of what their employees are working on. Audrey walked into a mess but handled it well. God bless Audrey but I give Sears a F in the communications department.

When the man arrived, I explained to him that the system was not cooling and that the coil system was leak leaking. He got the system to cool again, but never addressed the leaking. When he told me, everything was fine I assumed he addressed the leaking, but my air conditioner is still leaking and not working. I live in Florida Florida. I’ve been without air-conditioning for two weeks, I’m 72 years old and disabled. I need the man to come back and fix the air conditioner.

Choice home insurance assigned Sears to fix my AC unit that was leaking. Since the assignment last week, I could not contact Sears in different numbers. It always go to automated answers on phone, txt messages and emails. The window for the visit was too long, from 8-5. The technician showed up at 1 pm and first thing he asked when get to the house, was for the $85 fee from choice. He took a while to find the issue, but he didn’t fixed the plastic tray that was cracked and leaking water. I still have the issue and now I have to call the AC warranty to see if they cover it, as Choice will not cover.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Very disappointed in Sears. This technician has come out to the property, collected payment and did absolutely nothing to remedy the AC issues. If Sears has any care in the world, they will call us. Impossible to reach a human being through them

If i could give zero stars I would. This company sent a tech from my warranty company, he requested payment before even looking at anything and providing a svc then I realized why: he did not look at the unit or even the thermostat even though we specified it was not coming and was freezing up and that thermostat was not reading correctly. I called and texted afterwards since I wasn't there, no response...crickets! Horrible service!! Oh and their window for the service was 8am-5pm, what type of window for a service is that.

He didn't fix the ice maker by replacing it, instead he said the previous tech didn't know what he was doing and he made a seal from wax and installed that instead if replacing my ice maker. The ice maker is not working at all now. I can't reach a human. This home warranty is a joke.

Repairman was impatient and did not provide any repair service today. There was some confusion and I implored him to let me call the Choice Home Warranty office to iron out the differences. The repairman was just plainly rude and left.
