Horrible customer service. These people are a complete ripoff I called to purchase 4 extension rods for my washer and the lady wanted to up-charge me $69 per extension rod when I can get all 4 rods offline for $34 What a complete scam I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and i most definitely will not call this company ever again.

Did not fix the issue that they stated was going to be fixed. They came into the house checked temperature levels coming from vents and said unit was running fine. Tech who came last week and same tech who replaced compressor stated there was a blockage that needed to be cleared out. This is the forth appointment for the same issue. Need to talk to management asap.

They were here last week to fix the dryer,but they made it worse. Then they charged 240.00 more for breaking my dryer. Then it would of cost $460 for the part.

The refrigerator was working before he got here. Just not keeping ice cream frozen hard. He put Freon in. The next morning hundreds of $$$$ of groceries were thawed.
