Peter R. was absolutely outstanding! He arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator, ordered the necessary part, and even pre-scheduled the follow-up appointment to complete the repair. His professionalism and efficiency were deeply appreciated. What truly set Peter apart, however, was his intervention in a frustrating AI-driven customer service loop. For over a week, the automated system repeatedly insisted we hadn't received the part—rescheduling our appointment seven times and pushing it further out each time. When Peter personally called to check on the part's status, we explained the situation. Thanks to his initiative and human touch, the issue was resolved swiftly and with care. We are incredibly grateful for Peter's expertise and dedication. He turned a stressful experience into a positive one—and reminded us of the irreplaceable value of real human service.

Our technician Eduardo was awesome. He fixed the AC drain and even cleaned all of the remaining water in the overflow pan and then cleaned up thoroughly the water on the garage floor. 5 stars plus.

Curtis was great, professional and courteous and I would rate him 5 out of 5. However, upon booking the appointment I notified you ( 2 different people) that my Range Hood needed a transformer, as my electrician had previously tested it and found it to be the problem. I fully expected the service person to bring one. Curtis explored all other possible issues. Ultimately, I paid for a service call and received no results. I spoke with 2 people prior to the appointment and told them specifically what the problem was. I should be refunded the payment of $119.00 as

Curtis was very professional and courteous. He confirmed the issue and the type of gas used in my double oven. His expertise was obvious as he quickly fixed the oven.
