Quick, effecient and knowledgable on refrigerator repair
Ned made two trips for our repair. He quickly determined what was needed to effect the problem, ordered and parts for delivery to us, and, when the parts arrived, quickly completed the repair. Too bad our GE refrigerator isn't as reliable as "Ned the Repair Guy!"

Excellent and Speedy Service
Luis did a thorough review of the problem with my washer. He explained the process and was able to locate the necessary part to fix the issue later in the same day. Additionally Luis left the area better than he found it. I would definitely recommend Sears Home Services and Luis in the future.
