Beware! This site is bogus and a fake. My scheduled time between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm today has expired. Updates throughout the day continued to extend the service time in increments of an hour or two, until I have now spent the entire day waiting for service and no one has shown up to repair my washing machine. There is no human contact when calling and the information is outdated, even giving a reference to Kmart that no longer exists!

I reached out to sears being website said authorized certified samsung repairs. It thought meant they worked with samsung and warranties for 5 year sealed system and compressors. Apparently they don't work with samsung and should change wording on website. Guy came inside house literally 5 minutes took temp of inside fridge clicked button for codes on inside no coded took back piece off no codes. Said very hot in back of fridge probably compressor. Said he wasn't going to do anything else because probably compressor which samsung will fix for free. Then charged me 138 for five minutes of being there with no real diagnostic done just a guess. Would never use them again probably. I know shows fee for running diagnostic but we didn't do that we guessed and said call samsung and lets hope under warranty.

For me Sears has 0 stars, home shield sent them to fix my microwave they came to the house, ordered the panel door and delivered a damaged dent door they had to re ordered and the second door was worse i waited a month for them to come to my house to install the dent used door, they did not want to take the panel door back and my microwave has a dent door that you can see from far away that is not good

The service tech didn't do anything, said he couldn't fix it, left no paperwork, there has been no follow up. Just a waste of time and money!!

It would have been nice to have some type of resolution. Tech stated AGI was closed on Saturday so he could not get approval to order parts. Then stated it might be best to have GE come and check it so they can plug in their computer before replacing the boards. It almost felt as if he didn’t want to do the repairs to the unit and just wanted to push it off to someone else. Likely the last time I’d be using Sears for repairs.
