Danny was extremely professional and he immediately understood what the issue was. We should not be charged because the other technician was here yesterday and his job was almost complete because the top of dryer was not secure. We should not be charged.

Daniel replaced a part in my refrigerator. After finishing the job, he could have left but he wasn't sure if the part replaced in fridge was the problem (my fridge has not been cooling). He checked the coils in the freezer and they were frozen over so he ordered another part. I appreciated his thoroughness!
