Sears no longer there

The tech came and was here about three hours and the problem is still there and there isn't any phone number where you can speak to a real person,

My appointment is today, I called at 8:32 this morning to confirm , I was told that a technician will come between 12 noon - 12:35. I gave it 30 minutes before I called them again, they gave another time 2:00-2:30. Come 3:05 not a single soul showed up nor a courtesy call from them. I called again, the guy I spoke to, gave me thr weirdest suggestion - to call from a different number that’s not on their file, so I can talk to a technician. That he can’t help me since that’s how management set it up. I told him that I spoke to a lady at 1:00 and was able to give me a time(2-2:30). Then, he said, a technician will be there between 4:17 -4:45. Let’s see if the guy will show up at 4:45. These people can’t even give you a courtesy call like those guys that deliver your appliances. Well, no soul showed up and no calls either.
