On July 1. 2026 the first Sears repairman came to service my 5 ton A/C as it was not working. He thought he diagnosed it as a failed CoreSense unit. One day a week later he said they couldn't find a replacement part. On day 15 another Sears serviceman came to see what the problem was and to start the process over. Meanwhile for those days without a/c, the downstairs of my house got to 88 each day (ugh). Further frustration occurred as during that time I tried and after to find out what was happening! BUT YOU CAN ONLY TALK TO A ROBOT! At day 13, I called another company to come and they fixed a loose wire and voila, the a/c worked. The 2nd serviceman was fantastic but we suffered too long and with no communication. So, unknowledgeable to diagnose the problem ( 1st rep), too long to try to get a replacement part, poor communication except for rescheduling new appointment dates, costly to me to get another company to fix it, and total frustration on me and my wife. Not a good experience. Jacksonville area. Is anybody listening?
