Fix undraining washing machine
Nikita was on time - worked on the machine, got it working and explained what the problem was. Very kind and polite and knowledgeable. Glad we called Sears. I had no idea the Sears Home Services was still in existence!

Extremely friendly despite being mis-dispatched. He is a refrigerator technician and my problem is, since 2/12/24, with my microwave. He is also the 9th tech who's been to my house with no resolution. Barry gets a 5. Sears Home Services gets a 0.

Terry did a great job. He even had the replacement water pump on his truck. None of this I have to order one and will be back in two weeks. Kept the laundry room clean and confirmed with me that the washer was fixed!
