He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and engaging, offering thorough explanations of the issue along with practical suggestions and advice for maintaining our washer. His professionalism, friendliness, and even sense of humor made the experience truly enjoyable. This is the second time we've used Sears Home Services, and both times we have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of service.
