Fabulous Service!!
Nikita is amazing and really saved the day. He was able to get my dishwasher from completely inoperable to back up and running same trip. I can't believe I was able to get such a talented technician within 24 hours, on a Saturday. So happy I found this service and thank you!

Efficient technician commitment to appointment time is poor
I am extremely disappointed that you have not honored your commitment to an appointment time. My appointment range was for 7 to 11am. Technician arrived at 2pm. I am disappointed in this part of your service. Shyheim was extremely pleasant and efficient
