Need better customer service and technicians
I was not notified when my appointment magically got switched. Terry was not very friendly. And left all the old parts and box's not a big deal but definitely not professional.

Very bad
It took a month to repair a boiler. Very bad service and very bad communication. I do not recommend to anyone to use the service.

Frig fiasco
Never showed... lied that I canceled appointment, very disappointed that I took off from work to wait for nothing and extend this frustration can't post zero stars
