Knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately realized the service call was not set up correctly. It should have been a warranty call with the oven covered. Had to make another appointment and I believe your customer service rep has gotten the upcoimg appointment set up accurately.

Nikita B. was polite and professional. He called before arriving and informed me his helper was already at my property waiting for him to arrive. Nikita showed respect to me and my home but his partner on the other hand was not, the gentleman entered my home and did not utter a word as I opened the door. The partner walked right passed me and went into my kitchen. He then asked what was wrong and when I explained the smell of gas filled the house when the oven was on, he asked, "how much?" I replied, "does the amount matter, the smell filled the house as soon as the oven was turned on." I showed the ticket with the listed findings from the gas company and assure them, I would not have been without the use of my oven for over (two weeks) for no reason. I was pleased to have my oven repaired and Nikita's effort. I did not care the the partner.
