Had a very good service with getting my stove repaired.The service man Mike was great and communicated very well for the appointment ect. The speed at which it got done and the person I first called was to me surprising and very efficient.

Service was completed quickly and with courtesy by service tech. Not to do with actual in home service. The Sears app and AI scheduling was horrible. The worst I have ever experienced. Not user friendly and very unresponsive to user needs/requests. Difficulty in getting answers to questions and rescheduling. AI never responded to questions nor provided instructions on what to do with messages recvd. Give it a “0”.

Mike was outstanding in every way, from his knowledge and expertise to his performance of the repair work on our LG washer. We feel a better technician could not have showed up at our house than Mike.
