Nate diagnosed our refrigerator's problem and made the needed repair. He did an absolutely fantastic job, but the price was definitely high. The labor fee was well over $100.00 per hour. $410.00 in labor costs for a two and a half hour job. I don't know, maybe this is the going rate, but it truly seems excessive. My five star rating really goes 100% to Nate and his kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
