Bradley was the tech assigned to fix our Bosch, French door freezer that was frosting up. Bradley came on time and kept us in the loop on his arrival. As soon as he looked at the freezer, he knew what the issue was and went to work to fix it. He was friendly and courteous and I would highly recommend him for any refrigerator repair.
