Bradley T. was great. Very professional and reliable. I can't say the same for your scheduling department which cancelled two appointments - once with no notice at all. I waited all day and no notice whatsoever. I'm still waiting for my fridge to be prepared. Not the technician's fault at all. He gets a. 5 star and your service gets a 1.
