Overall rating

Marshall is a good technician. However, per his background and expertise (and what he stated to us) he has no experience with ovens. This is the 2nd time Sears has sent someone to our home to try to resolve the issue that has no oven experience. Of course we still had to pay for a service call and ended up not really accomplishing anything.

The light wasn’t checked on the surface light which is a switch on the microwave. Otherwise the visit went well and the microwave works

Not very good service. Too long to get here, and tech was supposed to order a new thermostat. Apparently the job was canceled by Sesrs. Sears never informed me.

Too many visits [3]. Too many text messages. Twice received call from repair tech "he was at the door" at 0700. Big issues will scheduler. Three parts at exhorted cost. Would have easier in getting a NEWER dishwasher.

jason was great. order parts but atlas the stove showed an error on monday. technicians came out five times and now I am trying to get my new stove. I have missed Thanksgiving Christmas cooking in my house not very happy.

Mostly a positive experience, I'd give four stars but a delay in getting all parts ordered plus a missed appointment--I have to call the helpdesk the same day of the appointment just to discover it has been rescheduled (!!)--reduced my appreciation for their services. It works as long you can deal with some delays and miscoordination on their end.

Jason was knowledgeable and efficient. Made the repairs to our dishwasher quickly and correctly. Unfortunately, it took Sears a month to send Jason. Had to go without a dishwasher the entire time. It made it inconvenient for the parties we had during that period. I’ll be cancelling the Sears home repair service.
