I had a great experience with Russel. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the washer and what he was checking for. He clearly explained what parts do what and what he was changing. He went through all diagnostic tests and showed me that process as well. I truly appreciate when a technician can clearly and concisely explain what’s going on. I would highly recommend this technician.

Nate was great, he diagnosed the problem and told me the cost to fix a flap in icemaker dispenser. I could not believe it cost just shy of $500.00 to replace the flap with labor. I was going to have the item fixed if it was reasonable, but my husband and I decided it was just too much money to replace a flap so we decided to just use ice trays in the future and paid the diagnostic fee.
