Tanner was (is) an excellent technician and an around admirable young man. Personally he renewed my faith in the next generation with his attitude and initiative towards his craft. He spent over 5 hours outside in 28° weather repairing our HVAC system and when I asked him about the cold, his reply was " it's all good, just part of the job!"
