Our tenants were incredibly impressed with the service technician who attended to the Dryer issue today. They said He went above and beyond to explain the situation and also did some additional repair work that was needed, but was not on the schedule. thank you Sears and thank you to our service technician, he’s a keeper. Please give him a raise.
