Was told by another service it could not be fixed and buy a new on… sears found the problem in under five minutes and fixed it in 10!!!!

The tech was great and the only reason for 5 stars. Waiting all day is shameful. You need a better process. Had I known I was the last appointment, I could have gone out in the morning. Would not use this service except for warranty work.
