Tech was familiar with the problem. After the adjustment he took the time to make sure it was ok. It wasn't. Another different adjustment. Everything works fine.

The Tech was great ,knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. THE COMPANY AI SYSTEM IS AWFUL!! You cannot speak to a person. They said my appt. was Tuesday,even as far as sending me multiple texts on Monday and Tuesday up until I expected the service. Then when We called Tuesday, AI said the appointment was Today,Thursday. Very frustrated. But, My service call was just fine.

Excellent communication from Sears making the appointment and pinpointing Sears's arrival time The Technician found the problem with the washer which was not readily apparent and everything was put back neatly and where the customer wanted the washer to be left.The tech was very polite and took pride in his work.
