Jason was excellent to deal with. However the price and timeline (over a week) for the repair was not acceptable at all. The labor rate was fair but the price for a $55.00 part was jacked up to close to $400.00 making the cost of the repair about the same price of replacement. No bueno

This was the second time he was at our house. I asked his supervisor that he not come again and they still sent him. He talks more than he works. The first time told us to take a hair dryer to our ice machine to thaw it out. Second time was very awkward when he was sent for our dishwasher bc we complained about his service and they sent him back and he questioned us about it. I am very disappointed with Marshall and sears all together the company and service men are both lacking professionalism and customer service skills.

Sitting here waiting on a technician to arrive and had a question I needed answered but unfortunately it appears you can’t speak to a real person no matter what number they have listed and I tried 4 different ones. This is a follow up on our first appointment where they were very communicative and kept us updated on the appointment details and sold us on doing the sears home plan thing. However now that I need to get ahold of someone and it’s this hard now makes me wonder how the service will actually be and if it’s even worth it. Hope I didn’t make a mistake. Also it appears our appointment got rescheduled and they never sent us a text or anything and we’ve just been sitting here all day waiting. I’m really upset and disappointed with the service we’ve received so far.

Worst company I've ever dealt with by far!! Can't talk to a real person, only met with an AI "loop" on the phone! I was told by voice and email multiple times that my appt was 8AM - 5PM (no 4 hr window!) and that the tech would contact me that morning with his ETA. At 7:04AM, the tech called to tell me he was in front of my house!! I told the tech that my appt was for 8-5 - he acted like he couldn't care less and kept repeating that he starts work at 7AM! I explained that we just woke up and asked if he could come back! He said he couldn't guarantee that and left. 2 hrs later I called him back and he said he definitely would not be coming back that day - and I began receiving emails from the company that my appt was canceled because I "declined service". I'm sure they billed Lowe's and put the blame on me!!! Lowe's needs to find another warranty service provider!!

I told him there was an IE message error and he just insisted it was from using too much soap! Guess what he was wrong it was the filters to the hoses needed to be cleaned! Guess he did not want to move it and do his job!

Lousy customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!Tech NEVER showed up after waiting for 4 hours in front of my house and now they are asking me to rate his service. STILL NO AC since June 23. And all I get is “I understood how you feel sir and we will try to help” BS. Then I’m scheduled 4-6 days later! And no one shows again! I’m finally done with it and back charging my credit card and canceling the service. Stay away from Sears

I have a warranty plan through Sears and scheduled an appointment about a month in advance to get my garbage disposal repaired. On the day of the appointment, after multiple text and email reminders about the appointment, I get zero notification from dispatch or the technician. After waiting 7 hours, I get an email and a $0 invoice with a note from the technician that they don’t repair garbage disposals. So why didn’t someone call me? Weeks ago? As soon as they saw the request or the five times they texted me about the model and serial number??? Why couldn’t the technician call me in the morning and tell me that the main office screwed up. Something, anything?! I wasted a day and god forbid you try and get an update. India is far away from Lewes, DE. And the technician forged my signature on the invoice to cap it all off.

JASON the technician was is great, fantastic and excellent, however the scheduling done by this company needs a lot of attention. We had taken off and waited on two separate occasions for sears and on both occasions after waiting half or more of the day Sears canceled our appointments. Not only did they cancel but made us reschedule on both occasions for dates that were at least four days away. This is totally unacceptable on the scheduling part. If you have scheduled appointment and it gets canceled you should be moved priority on the list for the very next day at a minimum. This dishwasher was out of service from March 14 until today May 16. This is totally unacceptable and should never happen to anyone.Very, Very, Very Frustrating and disappointed with the scheduling part of this venture and Sears. And now 8 am learning that after Jason left the first load of dishes were place in the washer and it filled the house with smoke..
