Air Conditioner Repair. Air was not cold. Excellent Service as the technician Tanner was a high-level communicator. Let us know every step of the way where he was at and what he was doing. Kept us updated. Had to go and pick up materials get Approval during all that he let us know how long everything would take, and where he was throughout the day while he was repairing our air conditioner. I Would use Sears again and specifically request Tanner as he seemed extremely professional and knowledgeable.
