He did absolutely nothing and left no paperwork and I can't give him a 0. I had to wait a weeks for no reason. You are completely disorganized

Sears was used by my home warranty company on my rental property. After their service visit I never received any report for the repair just a bill which I paid. Silly me assumed the heat pump had been repaired. Then another company was sent out days later as apparently Sears never fixed the heat pump. Very disappointed
