Many years ago I tried to get in touch with Sears for a maintenance visit. It was a nightmare, the phone was always busy and the day that they were supposed to come, they never did. They sent me an email to rate my service and i asked them to give me a call to reschedule - which they never did. this time was like night & day. They even told you exactly when the technician would arrive down to the minute. Great service this time!

Michael did an excellent repair on our refrigerator. He not only replaced our compressor but he made sure everything was working properly. He tested all the components with instruments. He is an excellent technician.
