Shyheim from Sears came out and fixed our washer less than 24 hours after we originally made the appointment. He was early, polite, and so friendly. We highly recommend, especially if all of Sears' technicians are as knowledgable and friendly as Shyheim!

This gentlemen knew what to do. Our previous maintenance guys that came from Sears over the years did not do what he did and he found out that the dryer wasn't maintenance correctly and did the maintenance correctly and the oven correctly He deserve more than a five star

I was extremely pleased with Nikita B. He kept me informed of his ETA. When he arrived he was courteous, professional and welcoming. He showed me the machine's problem, but did not have the parts so he ordered them to return on the following Tuesday. He arrived on time. He and my brother shared a joke on their heights😊. Nikita is welcomed to come back at any time. Please keep him, as I will request his services if needed.
