Terry came in and got right to work. He installed the parts that was previously ordered and waiting for him. Everything worked before he left. 7/1/25 Although I didn't get the repair because of the price, The technician was good and explained everything so that I understood why my dryer failed.

The techs were good today day. This is my third appointment for this service, the first appointment was to troubleshoot, the second the appointment (scheduled) he did not have the right equipment, so it had to be rescheduled for today. In total to have this service, I had to spend 3 days at home. Why can’t you schedule in 4 hour appointment, instead of a full day, from 7-6. Now need I to schedule an appointment for my Fridge, that will mean 2 more days, of waiting. Do something about your SCHEDULE times. 1/30/2025 We had service on fridge today, as usual the technician was great and knowledgeable, but your auto answering system SUCKS, can’t get of hold of human, I went the chat site. After typing in my info that she asked for, it responded, we don’t have any information for this. THE PROBLEM IS THATS AN OLD PHONE NUMBER, they text THAT number, that was my old number when I lived in NJ, 13 years ago. I asked the company to remove that number 3 months ago and still there. I give up, I won’t recommend this company to any of my neighbors, unless they get their act together.
