I was extremely pleased with Nikita B. He kept me informed of his ETA. When he arrived he was courteous, professional and welcoming. He showed me the machine's problem, but did not have the parts so he ordered them to return on the following Tuesday. He arrived on time. He and my brother shared a joke on their heights😊. Nikita is welcomed to come back at any time. Please keep him, as I will request his services if needed.
