The gentleman was a true man, trying to help me with this stove that intermittently gives me an error code. He literally tried to help me, but of course the crazy stove didn’t give him an error code!!!! Uuughh this stove .

Shyheim. Our repair man from sears was very respectful and took his time diagnosing the problem with our washer. We declined service cause it was a major problem and decided to just put that money toward a new one.
