Michael was here around 8:00am and was done in about 20 minutes. He solved my thermostat problem and I now have air conditioning again! I would not trade Choice for all the tea in China. Great response time.

My experience this time was great finally. The Technician that serviced me was named "Harry" not Paul accordingto your records when he was on his way. I will give him a 6 on a scale from 1-5. I will request him anytime I need service on any of my appliances. Usually it take 1-2 months for Sears to fix any of my appliances. The same Technician Harry fixed my machine before. Very patient, professional and knowledgeable.
