I am very thankful for the technicians dispatched. It took awhile to get my appointment but that is through no fault of the techs. They were knowledgeable, friendly and it is clear that they work hard at their jobs.

Barry arrived at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of our questions.He showed us where the problem was located and why the freezer was leaking water. After his repairs, our ice maker that hadn't worked for many months, began working again. He provided steps we could take to ensure our equipment continued to work efficiently. Overall, his service was excellent.
