Tech arrived on time, throughly examined the dryer and provided a detailed explanation of what the issues were and a price to repair. Unfortunately because of the cost of the repairs and fact that dryer was 18 years old we decided that it was time to buy a dryer. He also provided suggestions for what brands and items to look for in a new dryer.

Having a Sears warranty on appliances is a state of mind". My Kitchenaid Refrigerator stop working after 13yrs . I call Sears for services and in 2 days a Technician name Barry was at my house .Barry was so nice and accurate ,He knew quickly the issue with our fridge .The skill of Barry came in place when the ordered part was OOS ,not on order and maybe discontinued .He and the Sears team found a part from a different model and made it work with my 10K Refrigerator. I was very happy with the job they performed, the fridge works fine and I will make sure to keep the Sears home Warranty for the rest of my life . Big thanks to Barry and the Sears team.
