My oven broke randomly, I’ve had it for 3 years & out of warranty. Luckily I was able to purchase home warranty & your first emergency repair if over $150 you will get a discount. The communication for my service & the tech were immaculate & confirmed every detail. The tech Paul was very friendly & was able fix my issue within 20 minutes. The way you pay your invoice is also efficient, you call a number & make your payment & your receipt & invoice are emailed to you. For a stressful situation this whole process was very thorough.
