My technician’s id number is 0515049. I do not remember his name. This gentleman was absolutely fantastic! Too many times customers write about complaints but not this time!!! He deserves kudos!!! He fixed the problem and went the extra mile to ensure that my freezer and kitchen floor was neat and clean after the job was done. He deserves a raise and a bonus!!!!!
