Mike was friendly & very knowledgeable about making the repair on our icemaker & he checked to make sure the repair was right . He had to return a second time because the previous repairman didn’t check his work to make sure the icemaker worked

He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Kept a clean work area. The first tech that was sent prior literally sat behind our fridge for hours and Shakil came in got straight to work and addressed it and well as gave us feed back and the problem has been resolved.

Update.... Terry was friendly and amazing, however, I've should have checked to see if it repaired before writing my review. I tried to wash a load of clothes today, but it won't go pass start. Unfortunately, the office is closed until Monday. 😥😭 back to the laundromat.
