Gregory the technician fixed my cooktop on my stove. My husband & son were in the kitchen most of the time. They said he was very good & knew how to fix the cooktop without any problems. Gregory waited for them to clean under the stove before moving it back which a big plus for me. We would definitely give Gregory a 5.
