I was very impressed with Eric. He arrived earlier than I expected within the window. This is a first! Usually appointments are at the end of the window. He was very professional and determined the problem immediately. He ordered the part, which was expected within a week. The part came within 2 days. And Eric replaced the part for the range. If the occasion arrives that I have a problem, I would prefer Eric. Great experience.

Microwave is as good as new! Technician was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained the problem and repair necessary and did replacement part installation on schedule after part was received. Thanks for the help!

John was extremely helpful getting our washer back up at a very reasonable price. They called over the weekend to insure everything was working ss it should. I highly recommend them. I would absolutely hire them again
