The scheduled appointment was very easy to make. She was prompt, easy to understand. We were able to get a quick response. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He couldn't find the problem at first but kept at it until he found a resolution. Thank you for your service.

Joe was timely very nice and personable. Explained to me what part had broken and how that head impacted replaced it installed the new parts I requested since the funnel and the bracket were not easily cleanable so now I have what appears to be a brand new 15 year-old refrigerator. I think it's that old so I am very pleased. I was not happy with my contract plan, but that has nothing to do with Joe. I found that I could not have my 10% deducted from my bill that was not with Joe, but with the prior tech who came to check out what was needed the 10% offer through the end of the year, he knew nothing about and the opportunity to use my rewards rather than Charge again on my Sears. Credit card was not or to use the rewards to pay you rather than a new charge on my credit card when he came to check it out he knew nothing about so now that we finalize the project. I'm gonna give you guys a call and see if we can use my reward points. Credit me back my credit card charge for the parts I bought in the $90 visit And also get the 10% off but as I say that has nothing to do with Joe today, he was great and that he suggested I do that since his prior colleague did not follow up when he was here. Another issue was the multiple rescheduling of this appointment not for me but from you with a last minute day of Notification just hours before the arrival time which had been already scheduled on your website that he wasn't coming, so it's been a couple months not a critical need in this case, but especially given that the refrigerator itself might not have been working at all. I feel that this is not a reliable maintenance plan for me and we'll talk with that group accordingly to those are just the reasons why of a customer of yours for decades so I'm hopeful as I talk with your colleagues that we have a resolution I can be comfortable with this is Peggy Prouse the card holder
