Tech. Was knowledgeable, courteous and competent! Customer service was lacking and frustrating. Experienced scheduling issues where technician did not show until after three confirmed appointments. Couldn't get a person to discuss concerns with and AI responses continued to repeat same responses without addressing the issue.

Eric was fantastic! Super nice, friendly and knew what he was doing. Communication and rescheduling the worst experience. Not being able to talk to someone live is not good. I waited 1 full day with no one showing and then I had to set another appointment. This is not good customer service nor the way any company should work.
