Barely looked into the issue
Tech came to the house barely looked at refrigerator and wanted payment right away. Horrible.. waste of money.. spent 5 mins and gave a generic reason of what was wrong NEVER even touched the refrigerator

It worked out I had the same day service! Our refrigerator fan stopped working and was freezing some of our meats. Now it works perfectly. Thank you!!

Rushed and poor service.
Joe came to my home and was here a total of 8 minutes from entry to exit. He didn't stay long enough to let the dryer run to see if it actually heated up and was working properly. I told him I didn't feel it heating. He changed the setting to normal cycle and turned it on and still no heat. He said let it run. Packed his stuff and left.

Horrible Attitude and Unprofessional
The tech that came out, just like the first one was on the phone and never ended his conversation while working. However, "this tech" was rude told me he the insurance company (which is warranty company) was not gonna cover it. I advised him, he wouldn't have been dispatched if that were the case. I also stated I have an email stating the coverage. He began by saying and I do quote " he doesn't care WHAT I have that he was NOT gonna fix it! I said hold a minute, let me call. He said NO! I'm NOT waiting for nobody! And just walked out the door. Horrible service!!! Yet, I am the paying customer!

Not complete
Andrew was able to turn my stove on yesterday (12/13/23) and then he left my home. Before he left, he turned the oven on and set it at 350 degrees and said that I could then turn it off when it reached 350 degrees. I wanted to turn it off, but it wouldn't turn off. I then called Choice Warranty again to have Andrew back asap. I have propane Gas for cooking, and it would not turn off. The stove became hotter than it usually does even to touch. So, I had a friend come over to help me pull my stove out so I would unplug it. I still do not have a stove use. Choice tells me today that I have to get sears tech back. All of this has then a big jock. I have not been able to cook or bake since 11/18/23!

Unhappy Customer
The new parts were installed, I ran the dishwasher, and there was no hot water and no hot drying. The dishes were dripping wet. Can't you fix it?

Unhappy
The service man was at the house this morning and said the numbers for stove were not on the back however they are I had to send a picture previously. And now still without a way to cook absolute waste of time and money

The man lied about there being chewed wired and left
My experience was not well. this man said there was mouse poop and chewed wires so he took all the parts even the wheeles to fix my rack in my dishwasher. he took them all and left, so when I got home I pulled my entire dishwasher out, witch he never did and I did find a little bit of mouse poop behind the dishwasher but I inspected every wire and all the insulation for chew marks like Jason told me there was and upon my inspection there was no bad wires or even any trace of a mouse chewing anything at all so he lied to me just cause he didn't feel like fixing my dishwasher.
