Made a judgement

Charles walked through the door and announced that he had 26 years of experience, which was NOT asked! After examining the HVAC unit he made a judgemental conclusion that the control board was tampered with or rewired. This conclusion was accepted by the warranty company inspite of me getting a second opinion that says otherwise. The warranty company denied my claim based on Charles' 26 years of judgemental decision. I plan to sue. The second opinion has the same pictures, BUT, is unable to give a definitive conclusion of why the control board was fired. According to them, it could have have a power surge, an accumulation of dust/debris that caused a burnout, perhaps a beetle or other critters touched the wires One way or the other, I feel that, Charles had no right to make a determination about how the control board fired out. So when we go to court, he needs to show what a control board looks like before being miswired/tampered with as opposed to a control board like mine that was otherwise fired, perhaps by another reason!!

Dryer service

I called for service because the dryer was not drying clothes in the Wrinkle Control cycle. He couldn't find anything wrong and told me to use the time cycle. That does work but why is the other cycle on the dryer if I am not suppose to use it. I think the clothes use to come out less wrinkled when I could use that cycle.

Clothes Washer still not working
