I had the unit disconnected from plumbing and electrical so he could pull it out to install replacement parts. Then I'm told I have to hook it back up myself. Are you serious? That's not complete service in my book. Sears, you need to complete the job.

Your scheduling and customer communication is UNACCEPTABLE and the worst service we ever received.!!!!. We were automatically rescheduled 4 days before a technician showed up. You can't get a live body to talk to and give an update. My husband snd i WASTED 4 days at home waiting. Even had to cancel long boonked appointments at last minute. Still after technician left the whirlpool cambrio DOES NOT WORK We have been without a washing machine machine for 23 days and counting!!!!

Refrigerator freezer
The technician quickly identified the problem but began to make insinuations to the damage done by me procrastinating the repairs. I explained the parts had to be taped because the service time was extremely lengthy from my payment and request date. I told him to call the service department after he stated the problem would reoccur in an untimely situation, thus leaving us without a refrigerator freezer. He then stated the freezer would no longer be eligible for service nor would it be replaced. What am I paying for?

Disappointed
When the tech walked in, he was on the phone with another client, who was clearly upset because I could hear how loud the client's voice was- so obviously upset about the lack of good service from Sears Home Services-that client had in fact cancelled and gone with a different company because of how poor the service with Sears is...anyway, the tech replaced the part in my ice maker fridge, but was clearly in a hurry to move on, left dirty fingerprints all over my freezer, rushed me when I wanted to clean the floor while the fridge was pulled out from the wall, and then didn't want to wait when I asked to make sure the freezer door would not start leaking. He also said it was going to take hours before ice would start dropping, so I had no choice but to take his word. When I asked him what do I do if it starts leaking again, he said I have to call back in to the regular number. He clearly did not care, or was having a bad day....and ....Well....my ice machine is STILL NOT MAKING ICE.

Got the job done but not professional
Talked entirely too much on the phone while working. There should be a level of professionalism when entering someone's home. Had to reschedule work calls because he was speaking loudly on his phone. Nothing to do with tech but don't like having to get rid of the old materials and boxes. I feel it should go with the company.

Leaking water
The cold water valve is broken. I don't know if it was already broken or broken when this visit happened. Approximately 10 mins after his arrival we heard rushing water and I assumed it was rushing into the washer. He hollered from above to turn the water off and I did. When I went upstairs to check on the progress there was water in the hallway and all over the laundry room floor. We informed him that water was leaking from above in several areas of the living room, hallway, the entry way of the coat closet and by the stairs. When he left I went to check to see if there was any water damage and I moved the dryer and there was a pool of water under the washer and the dryer. There is unfortunately water damage.

Never showed
I waited from 8am to 3pm at the home. The technician never showed. I attempted to call at 3pm and the message said the mailbox was full and could not accept messages. It is now 3:28 and there has been no contact with me from the service agency or the technician.

Terrible
Got charged 119.00 and dishwasher still broke. Tech don't even look at the motor or know what a turbidity sensor was! He said it was a child lock and we don't even have one on our model. Will never use your company again and will spread the word believe you me!!!!!
