When my wife came into the room during the service, the main tech did not acknowledge her, but the person in training did, so I'm concerned about that. He was very loud and really did not listen to what I had to say at first.

My service technician was Pleasant and professional. Thank you. However the price to fix the dishwasher was double the amount of the actual dishwasher so I had to decline services.

Tech called he didn't know about service call till late. It had been scheduled. He asked what it was doing and if there were parts. When I told him what it was doing and the transmission was there he stated that wasn't it but he would look. He made it very clear he had no intention of fixing it. Without saying that. We did get it bought back but I am pretty confident the transmission would have fixed. I feel like the company was rushing the tech and surprise adding stops to his day.

I had the unit disconnected from plumbing and electrical so he could pull it out to install replacement parts. Then I'm told I have to hook it back up myself. Are you serious? That's not complete service in my book. Sears, you need to complete the job.
