Repair Dishwasher
Paul was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, fast. He respected our house & property and did a fantastic job. On my next repair I request that he do the work.

Nate did a good job 1) I was told that this was a two person job by the original tech. As it turned out it took my help to jockey the refrigerator. 2). As I said he did a great job under a pressure situation as he had little experience with this repair 3). And that is why I am not happy with Sears. I saw this a an OJT situation for Nate when I was told that 2 people were required.

Eric was good on time and replaced the 2 parts but still not working!! I haven't had a dish washer for more then a month!

He left and the gasket on the fridge door was not seating good. We had to complete the sealing. He said he did not have a dryer so we had to finish the job. I was disappointed that I had to finish it.
