Joseph was a very polite and knowledgeable technician. He was very quick and kept the area clean while he worked. He explained to us what he was doing and when he was done he gave us instructions of when we could load the refrigerator. Now the warranty company (Cinch) was unsatisfactory taking two weeks to get a technician to even come out here even when we (My Wife and I) told them that Sears had technicians in our area. The warranty company insisted on getting companies that were more than two hours away which by the way never showed up when they were scheduled, told us they would be here another date but did not show up. This is unsatisfactory and we are very displeased with CINCH. The Sears Technician Joseph was exemplary.

Anthony was amazing ! He was very personable, attentive to detail, knowledgeable and listened intently to the concerns I had about the washer. Anthony was very patient and explained everything in detail. I commend him on his integrity and work ethics. Outstanding Service!!!!
