Anthony is very knowledgeable; he was able to analyze the issue quickly and correctly. He determined what parts were needed and ordered the correct parts to fix the issue. Wish there were more techs like Anthony out there!!!!

Joseph arrived at my home before the scheduled time and promptly determined what my issue was, and repaired it. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was in and out quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. He also fully explained how the Sears Home Warranty worked, and I signed up for it.

The technician was very prompt and courteous upon arrival. He did an excellent job in replacing the defective the ice-maker relay and ensured its proper operation. He explained the 90 warranty policy and what to look out in the event I experience a similar issue in the future.
