Barry arrived on time. Laid materials in front on the appliance to protect my floors. Was very friendly explained the repair he performed. Ran the appliance to assure the repair was completed. Explained the digital interface. Completely cleaned up his work area. Gave the correct number to call for future repair service. Shook my hand, with a smile, and departed.

When Barry came in the door, I knew he was different and knew what he was doing. You cannot replace experience! Barry came in with a wet and dry vac and a mat so he didn't scratch my hardwood floors. I sure hope Barry doesn't retire anytime soon. Because of his years of experience, he found a little tube that was never installed in my dishwasher from the beginning. I really appreciate Barry!
