The experience was memorable. The part I needed was no longer available. The technician was knowledgeable of the problem and allowed me to see what the issue was after telling me what the problem was with my top oven. He was very courteous and advised me what to do moving forward. I will follow his suggestions. He also put my bottom door on that oven. I rate his performance a 5 out of 5. Thank you.
